Condition (used): good for age (see below) - minor marks commensurate with age.
Identifying marks or labels etc: there is a signature on the back (see photo) but would appear to be greek or similar, there is also the following "P.A.T" which could possibly stand for Prayer Action Trust.
Other information: a very interesting little piece about which we know nothing, the base feels cold to the touch and is almost certainly marble, we are less certain of the actual statute (believed to be the Virgin Mary but could possibly represent some other classical figure) which feels less cold to the touch but could still possibly be marble or some other stone. The statue appears to have been carved rather than moulded but we are not experts in this field and may be mistaken. We have no idea as to age and provenance but it looks quite old may be of some interest to a collector.
