Condition (used): good for age (see below) - the dust jacket is uncut (15s Net) but is a little worn with edge/corner wear, general wear/grubbiness/discolouration with some damage to the spine area and around the edges, the cover/spine has extremely minor edge/corner wear, general very light general light wear, ink inscription and retailer's pencil marks to flyleaf "July 1957", some foxing to page edges (visible only externally), the book has general marks commensurate with age and use - the pages are generally good with light tanning throughout.

Other information: hardback with dust jacket - "First Published 1957" - very interesting old and quite rare book, believed to be a first edition - may be of some interest to a collector.
