Condition (used):  fair for age (see below) - the cover has some fairly light edge/corner wear and marks, the pages are generally good with occasional light grubbiness,  light grubbiness to the inside front cover, very minor tanning throughout and very occasional light foxing, otherwise fairly minor marks and commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Made and Printed In Great Britain By Purnell and Sons Ltd".

Other information:  hardback book without dust jacket - lovely book by Sheila Hodgetts and with fantastic period colour illustrations by E jeffery  - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:  19cm (length), 14cm (width).
