Condition (probably unused): In good vintage condition (see below) - came straight from a trade pack (please note that the one you will receive is not necessarily the one in the photo but will be of equal quality) and is therefore probably unused (acquired as part of a large lot of ex-shop stock) - slightly dusty. Otherwise light shelf wear.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  Marked "England".

Other information: Retro plastic miniature for your vintage 1:16 scale dolls house. Most probably a Caroline's Home product.
