Condition (used):  generally fair/good for age in barely fair box (see below) - this is not quite complete, some of the furniture is missing namely:  a mirror, a painting, a chair, a standard lamp, and one of the table lamps, the family is also missing the daughter, the set comes with a little bag of 7 screws and 6 screw cups which is not quite enough there should be 8 of each, there IS an instructions leaflet - the box has some corner/edge wear, one loose side, crumpling, damage and grubbiness, some of the furniture is a bit damaged with tape repairs and marks (see photo), the house itself is quite good but the first floor has 2 damaged corners at one end making insertion a little problematic, the door and 2 of the windows have damaged prongs making their insertion problematical, otherwise the contents seem to be good with fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use but please study the photos and ask for specifics if you have any doubts.
