Condition (used): generally fair for age in fair box (see below) - sadly not complete - missing beaters and tutor, this set includes the following elements: 1 metal chimes set on wooden base in metal tray - the box has some corner/edge wear, general light to moderate marks / wear / grubbiness / discolouration including 2 damaged corners to the lid, some some fairly minor warping/distortions, the damping string on one side has broken and is becoming detached, the underside of the  base is a little tarnished, otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying Marks & Labels etc: "Lee Davies Quality Toys Emu Series 60/184 British Made".

Other Information: an interesting old toy Glockenspiel or metallophone (not a xylophone which are exclusively wooden) and very rare, we could find out no information about this company, we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest circa 1930s to 1950s.

Approximate Dimensions:  24cm (box length) 11.5cm (box width) 2.5cm (box height).
